Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is once again produced by award winning Woodlands Wines.
This wine is bright and aromatic, and delicate in colour with rich strawberry hue. The nose displays classical eucalypt with some floral notes and a touch of cedar oak in the background. The palate is fine and savoury with hints of raspberries and redcurrants intertwined by subtle French oak with a fine acid backbone.
The powdery tannins provide great framework and mouthfeel to support the wine, resulting in a soft refreshing finish.
