2021 ChardonnayOur 2021 release, produced by Woodlands Wines, displays all the characteristics of great Margaret River Chardonnay. The colour is pale straw, with a golden hue. The nose is a complex matrix of zesty lemon and other citrus fruits, mixing with rich malty notes. The palate displays a creamy texture and good intensity of citrus flavour, with subtle minerality and notes of French oak. The wine finishes crisp and clean. |

2020 Cabernet Sauvignon – Centenary ReleaseOur 2020 Centenary release Cabernet Sauvignon has been produced by one of the longest established winemakers in WA, Woodlands Wines, and displays typical Wilyaburp Cabernet characters. It is deep in colour with vibrant pink and purple hues, and lifted nose of plum and mulberry with hints of spice and cedar oak. The palate is rich and savoury, with hints of mulberries and redcurrants intertwined by generous French oak and a fine acid backbone. The fine powdery tannins provide great framework and mouthfeel to support the wine. The result is a fine refreshing finish. |

2018 Cabernet SauvignonMocha, blackberry, fruits of the forest, concentrated cassis and lifted mint notes add freshness and complexity. Subtle French oak adds more spice and toasty edges. On the palate, upfront fruit sweetness with good intensity and focus makes this an elegant Margaret River style with beautiful balance. Finely structured tannins and oak add length and a savoury finish. Cellar potential 5 to 8 years. |
