Mocha, blackberry, fruits of the forest, concentrated cassis and lifted mint notes add freshness and complexity. Subtle French oak adds more spice and toasty edges. On the palate, upfront fruit sweetness with good intensity and focus makes this an elegant Margaret River style with beautiful balance. Finely structured tannins and oak add length and a savoury finish. Enjoy now or cellar potential 5-8 years.
Frankie’s Folly is named after Lady Treatt (Frankie Wilson ’32), a generous donor to St Mary’s at Metricup: The Lady Treatt Centre for Learning and Leadership, the location of our vineyard.
